Our Services
Services
Every piece of content in.FRME produces is built around one of six outcomes: the specific shift in customer behaviour it's designed to create. Each outcome is available across three tiers, so the investment can match where your business is right now.
The Three Tiers
Photography.
Photography only. The entry point. Still fully outcome-driven, and a strong standalone option for budget-conscious businesses.
Film.
Video only. Our core medium, and usually the strongest single deliverable for any outcome.
Full Production.
Photography and film together, for the fullest expression of an outcome and maximum coverage across every channel.
Any tier, in any outcome category, can also be structured as an ongoing monthly retainer. See Packages.
Trust & Credibility
Reduce the hesitation a new customer feels before choosing you.
Montane→
Photography
Brand portraits, team photography, behind-the-work imagery, and facility or environment stills. Humanises your brand at the lowest investment point, through a consistent, professional visual identity across web and social.
Examples: founder portraits, team culture shots, workspace and facility photography, product-in-environment stills.
Film
Story-led video that puts a face, voice, and perspective behind your brand. The strongest single medium for building trust: a viewer spends time inside your world rather than glancing at a photo.
Examples: founder story films, brand story films, behind-the-work documentary content, process transparency films, customer testimonial films.
Full Production
Photography and film working together to cover every touchpoint where trust is built: static imagery for web, email, and social, paired with video for deeper engagement and paid media.
Awareness & Recall
Make your business the one that comes to mind first.
amechenails →
Photography
A consistent, recognisable visual identity across social and web that builds cumulative recall over time. A photography library makes sure your brand looks the same everywhere a potential customer encounters it.
Examples: brand world libraries, lifestyle photography, social content imagery, environmental and location photography.
Film
High-impact video designed to stop the scroll, be shared, and be remembered. This is where a hero brand film lives: a single piece of content that defines what your brand is and why it matters.
Examples: hero brand films, social content retainers, campaign content, culture series, mini-documentaries.
Full Production
A complete visual content system: photography for consistent daily presence across every channel, film for high-impact moments and campaigns.
Launch & Momentum
Generate concentrated attention around something new: a product, campaign, venue, season, or activation.
Mag Mountd Launch Campaign →
Photography
Fast-turnaround imagery that supports a launch moment and feeds your content across social and PR during the launch window.
Examples: product launch photography, venue and opening photography, event coverage, launch campaign stills, behind-the-scenes of the launch itself.
Film
The launch hero film: a single piece of content that announces the new thing, generates excitement, and drives people to act. Deadline-driven, high-energy, built for maximum reach in a concentrated window.
Examples: product launch reels, app launch films, venue opening films, campaign hero videos, seasonal activation content.
Full Production
A complete launch package: hero film for the announcement, a photography library for sustained social coverage through the launch period, and cutdowns for paid media amplification.
Consideration & Choice
Win the comparison when a potential customer is actively deciding between options.
Lanson Place→
Photography
Product and service photography that makes your offering feel real, desirable, and worth choosing. When a customer is comparing options, the quality of imagery is often the deciding factor, especially in hospitality, food, retail, and lifestyle.
Examples: product photography, menu and food photography, facility and amenity photography, service environment imagery.
Film
Content that directly addresses the comparison moment: what makes your business different, what the experience feels like, why choose this over the alternative.
Examples: product and service explainer films, differentiator content, feature and launch films, facility showcase videos.
Full Production
Photography for the static comparison moments (website, Google, menus, booking pages) paired with film for the deeper engagement that closes the decision.
Consideration & Choice
Win the comparison when a potential customer is actively deciding between options.
Pullman East Melbourne→
Photography
Conversion-optimised imagery placed at the exact moment a customer decides: landing pages, booking flows, product pages, ads.
Examples: landing page hero photography, ad creative stills, booking page imagery, offer-led photography.
Film
Short, direct video placed at the conversion moment. Less about story, more about the final push from intent to action.
Examples: paid media cutdowns, landing page hero video, promotional and offer content, booking conversion video.
Full Production
Photography for static conversion placements paired with video for higher-engagement placements like social ads, landing page video, and email.
Retention & Advocacy
Keep existing customers engaged and turn them into referrers.
Subaru→
Photography
Content that makes existing customers feel seen, valued, and part of something, and gives them something to share.
Examples: community and culture photography, customer recognition imagery, behind-the-scenes access content.
Film
Deeper content for existing customers: what to expect next, how to get more from the product or service, stories from inside the community.
Examples: customer journey films, onboarding content, community culture series, customer story films, email and newsletter video.
Full Production
Photography and film working together to sustain the relationship beyond the first purchase: imagery for regular touchpoints, video for deeper engagement moments.
